Late Delivery and Damaged Items:
At Chicago Jacket, we deeply value our customers and are committed to addressing issues such as late deliveries and damaged items. If you do not receive your package within the estimated time frame and are unable to track it, we offer compensation for the inconvenience. This compensation will either be credited back to your credit card or PayPal account or replaced with a new item.

Free shipping will take approximately 10-12 business days for processing and further 2-3 business days in shipping and handling. For Expedited shipping, it will take 6-7 business days in processing and further 2-3 business days in shipping and handling.
